Для досдачи дисциплины Киберправо” на минимальную удовлетворительную оценку необходимо создать и представить либо реферат одной статьи из подборки, либо контрольную работу по предложенной самим или выбранной из списка темы.
Вариант собственной темы контрольной работы и результат (файл с текстом в формате pdf) выслать по электронной почте.
Реферат представляет собой краткое изложение рассматриваемой проблемы, основной тезис, обзор использованной аргументации и вывод статьи.
Объем — 3-5 страниц + титульный лист + список использованной литературы из одного пункта, но правильно оформленный.
Статью можно выбрать любую.

Контрольная работа представляет собой раскрытие темы, обзор мнений и разработок по выбранному вопросу в краткой форме, при логичном и последовательном изложении.
Объем — около 12 страниц (введение, не менее 3-х разделов, заключение) + титульный лист + план + список использованной литературы из 3-7 позиций, оформленный по ГОСТу.
